Returning your order
UPS
Do you want to return your purchase? Please check our conditions and how to return:
Conditions:
- Returning an item is possible up until 14 days from the date mentioned on the purchase invoice;
- The product is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging;
- When the return concerns a combined deal or a bundled product, it’s only possible to return the complete combined deal or bundle.
Exceptions which cannot be returned:
- Items or products with signs of usage or mounting;
- Items or products with missing or damaged original packaging;
- Products (The One) of which the seal has been broken;
- The One is a GPS device and can not been returned after you have turned it on, registered or used;
- Clothing that has been washed or shows signs of use.
How to return:
Products bought at absolutecycling.com can be returned:
- Please find your UPS tracking email from your original purchase.
- Go to …. and select “Return”
- Select the UPS shipping label.
- Return the complete and undamaged product in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Package the product carefully, by reusing our shipping box for example. Never only use the original product packaging.
- You will receive the UPS shipping label via email. Print this label and stick it on the box. Make sure to cover our original shipping label when reusing our shipping box.
- Drop off your parcel at a UPS Access Point near you.
Why can’t I return with another carrier?
We create your return label with UPS, free of charge. If you do wish to use another carrier, please contact us. The return shipping costs will then be at your expense.
